The Pierce County Central Labor Council Secretary-Treasurer, Patty Rose, announced today the Council endorses the re-election of Judge Bryan Chushcoff to Superior Court. The decision, made last night by the Council’s full delegation, comes after a consideration of its Endorsement Committee’s recommendation of Judge Chushcoff. The Committee considered written materials as well as an interview with Judge Chushcoff in making its choice.
"I am proud to have the Council’s endorsement. I thank the Pierce County Central Labor Council for their support. They seek to endorse well qualified candidates and are an important voice for working families. They know that the job of judge is about justice. It is about understanding the human condition, understanding the law and keeping in mind that the court’s decisions have enduring consequences for people.
When you are in legal difficulty, you want a good judge. The outcome is of immense importance to you and you want to be treated fairly and competently. If you want justice, experience matters.”
